Milestone Invoicing
All fixed-scope engagements are billed in two equal milestones: a 50% deposit due upon contract execution to reserve analyst scheduling, and the remaining 50% due upon delivery and sign-off of the final diagnostic playbook.
Payment Methods & Invoicing
Invoices are issued in USD by Reason Orbit Base Co., Ltd. (Thailand) with support for international wire transfer (SWIFT) and corporate bank transfers. Official tax receipts and service invoices are provided for all transactions.
